*** IMPORTANT REMINDER – OUR BOOKING SYSTEM ***
We have had a lot of emails/calls/feedback regarding not being able to log in to our booking system.
Please remember we have a new booking system. We’ve discovered most of the issues are resulting in the fact that a user account has not been created in our system. If you are having issues logging in to book an appointment, you probably have not yet created a user account on our new system. Please go ahead and do so and feel free to call us if you’re having any challenges!

Parking
The Quay is currently re-surfacing the parking lot under the building. While this is being done in stages and there is still parking available, space is limited. Here are a few other parking options:
- The ICBC lot now has spaces available for the general public during the day
- The new building across the street from the Quay has underground public parking
- Chadwick Court (on the other side of the bus depot) parking lot
- The Pinnacle Hotel parking lot
- The Shipyards underground parking
Donation Requests
Are you helping your school/church/girl guides/boy scouts/youth band/etc with some virtual fundraising (online auction perhaps)?
Fill out our donation request form and email us your donation request letter for a product and/or gift certificate donation.
Cancellation Policy
Just a gentle reminder that we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments.
We have reserved time especially for you and “no shows” and late cancellations will result in a service charge and/or the loss of the opportunity to book future appointments with us. Thank You in advance for extending this courtesy to your stylist and other clients who may be on a waiting list.
(Some exceptions may apply)
Mask Update
Masking indoors is currently OPTIONAL!
No mask required.
Please ask your stylist if you would like them to wear a mask.
